Terms of Use

In short

1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and TeamSorted for using the website at teamsorted.uk and its home-screen app. TeamSorted is run by [your full name], a sole trader trading as TeamSorted, of [your business address]. Contact us at info@teamsorted.uk.

By signing in, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use your information.

2. Your account

3. Groups, admins and members

4. Using TeamSorted fairly

Please don't:

We may remove content, or suspend an account or group, that breaks these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

5. Your content

Names, photos and anything else you add stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people in your groups, and in the pictures you share, so that TeamSorted can work. That permission ends when you delete them or your account, apart from games, which stay in the group's history as "Former player".

6. Plans

We may improve or change features. If we take away something a Plus group relies on, we'll tell its admins first, and they can cancel and get a refund for the time left.

7. Paying for Plus

8. Cancelling and refunds

9. Availability and backups

We work hard to keep TeamSorted running and back it up every night, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of faults. Sometimes we need to stop it briefly for updates. Groups on Plus can download a backup of their games at any time.

10. If TeamSorted closes

If we ever close TeamSorted, we'll give at least 60 days' notice. We'll refund any Plus you've paid for and not used, and give admins a way to download their group's games.

11. Our responsibility to you

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and we'll change the date at the top. If a change affects you significantly, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.

13. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Questions and complaints

Email info@teamsorted.uk. We'll do our best to sort things out quickly.
